The company's production management is in strict accordance with the requirements of international ISO9001-2000 quality system, and has become a member of Shanxi flange production base and export flange base. It mainly produces forgings and flanges of various materials and specifications with blanking less than 20 tons. Applicable standards include: flange plates of American Standard, German standard, British standard, Japanese standard, Italian standard and Chinese standard GB, Hg, JB, etc. The main varieties are welding neck, sliding sleeve, blind plate, flat plate, thread, butt welding, ring, ring gear, etc φ 15— φ 3500mm. And can undertake a variety of customer needs of non-standard flange and custom flange and forging.
The main materials are: A105, A350-LF2, 16Mn, 20?, Q235, 15CrMo, 42CrMo, a694, f42-f70, 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316Ti and so on.
